SCOTT GINGERICH

Born and raised in Milford, Indiana, Scott grew up learning hard work on his family's dairy farm. After graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, he moved back to Milford to settle down and start a family. Scott loves the community and enjoys being actively involved in it. Scott has served as the president of the Kosciusko Board of Realtors, president of the Milford Kiwanis Club, is an active board member with 3:16 Community Theatres and is an active member at his church.

Scott became a realtor in 2015 and opened his own office in 2021. Scott has loved the opportunity to help others along in their journey to home ownership.

SAVANNAH LOPEZ

Savannah graduated from Warsaw High School and continued on to earn her degree at Indiana University Bloomington. After college, she began pursuing real estate as a career and loves everyday of it. She prides herself on the amount of time and care she puts into working for her clients. Savannah joined the Gingerich Group in July of 2019.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.

KRISTINA RODES

Kristina was born and raised in Goshen, IN. She graduated from Fairfield Jr./Sr. High School in 2015. In the fall of 2015, she left to serve at New Horizons Ministries in Colorado. She served 2 years there and returned home in the Spring of 2017. She then worked at Cabin Coffee up until she left for Thailand in December of 2019. She served with GTO (Global Tribes Outreach) for 4 months teaching English and helping with community outreach. She returned home in May of 2020. She then began her studies in real estate and received her license in November of 2020. Shortly after, she joined The Gingerich Group.

In her free time, Kristina enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, biking, and hanging out with her family.

Brayden Miller

Brayden was born and raised in Milford, IN. He graduated from Wawasee High School in 2025. During his senior year of high school he did an internship with The Gingerich Group while also taking his real estate classes. He received his license in January of 2026 and became an offical agent with The Gingerich Group.

In his free time Brayden enjoys being with friends, attending sporting events, going to the gym and family time. He is eager to work hard for his clients and help make their dreams a reality.
